Your remaining balance is due the day before the wedding. This ensures a smooth, stress-free process and allows me to fully prepare for your day without last-minute complications. Payments not received by the due date may result in the cancellation of services to protect both my schedule and the integrity of each wedding experience. I love working with couples who value clear communication and smooth planning — it keeps the whole experience joyful from start to finish.

I always send around 10 images within 24 hours of your session or event. For portrait sessions and elopements and/or micro weddings, all images are full edited and ready to download from your private online gallery within 1-2 weeks. For larger weddings, all images are returned within 4-6 weeks depending on volume. In cases of high volume, I upload at least 50 fully edited images for you to enjoy by week 4 while you wait for the remainder. The truth is, I'm just excited for you to see your photos as you are to get them! :)

A curated gallery means you receive the very best images from your wedding day — the ones that tell your story beautifully, naturally, and with intention.

I take hundreds (sometimes thousands) of photos throughout the day to capture moments as they unfold. From there, I sort through everything and select:

✨ the strongest compositions

✨ the most flattering expressions

✨ the real emotional moments

✨ the photos with the best lighting + focus

✨ the storytelling images that represent your wedding authentically

Think of it like choosing the best pages for an album, you get the good stuff, not the test shots.

A curated gallery = a thoughtfully chosen collection of meaningful, high-quality images you’ll love forever.

Great question! Cameras capture everything — the beautiful moments and the not-so-beautiful ones.

Here’s what gets removed before you ever see the gallery:

• blinking, mid-blink, squinting

• duplicates (I often take around 3-5 images of the same moment for safety)

• test shots for lighting/focus

• out-of-focus or motion-blurred images

• unflattering angles or expressions

• people walking in front of the camera

• shots where someone is talking, chewing, or making a face they’d never frame on a wall

• images where someone steps into the frame at the wrong time

• photos that don’t contribute to your story

Short answer: nope.

Long answer: nope… but with love.

Weddings are dynamic and fast-moving, and no single photographer (or timeline!) can realistically guarantee every moment, angle, or Pinterest idea.

What I do guarantee is emotional, honest, meaningful storytelling — the good stuff you’ll actually treasure.

You’ll receive every meaningful, flattering, well-captured moment, including:

✔ ceremony

✔ portraits

✔ family groupings

✔ reception events

✔ laughter, tears, reactions, candids

✔ details, décor, and storytelling images

You will not receive:

✘ every angle of every moment

✘ every person walking every direction

✘ an entire board of staged recreations of Pinterest shots

✘ moments that happened outside my physical line of sight

✘ images where the lighting or composition didn’t support a high-quality result

I photograph your day intentionally, not robotically — focusing on what matters most so you receive a gallery of images you genuinely love.

Each package includes a minimum number of edited photos.

This number is based on the average amount of meaningful, high-quality images created within that coverage time.

For example:

• 4 hours ≈ 300+ images
• 6 hours ≈ 450+ images
• 8 hours ≈ 600+ images

These minimums help set expectations, but most galleries end up above the listed count. I never withhold truly great images, if it’s strong, flattering, and meaningful, you’ll get it.

The number does not mean:

✘ every single shot taken

✘ every single angle of every moment

✘ every photo where someone appears for half a second

✘ duplicates of the same pose (I will include duplicates if I see facial expression changes for you to choose what you like best)

It means:

✔ the best images

✔ the full story of your day

✔ a gallery that’s cohesive, intentional, and enjoyable to look through

✔ consistent quality across everything you receive

In case of inclement weather, we can either wait out the storm, shoot around the storm, reschedule, or use an indoor back up location. The choice is yours!

It depends on your package and hours of coverage, but generally you’ll receive at minimum 75+ edited images per hour of coverage. For full-day weddings, that usually means 750+ images.

Every Vows & Hallows wedding package includes access to a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order professional-quality prints directly through my partnered print lab. The prints are made on archival paper designed to last a lifetime, ensuring that your memories stay as vivid as the day they were captured.

For couples who value tangible heirlooms, my Heirloom Albums are available as an add-on for custom packages. Each album is handcrafted with thick, lay-flat pages and a premium linen, velvet, suede, leatherette, or genuine leather cover of your choice. These albums are designed to feel timeless, not just a book of photos, but a storytelling experience you’ll revisit for decades to come.

Additional albums, parent books, and wall art can be added to any collection at any time.
